Four Pillars Gin, a craft distillery based in Healesville in Melbourne’s Yarra Valley. From the original multi-award winning Rare Dry Gin to the only gin in the world made just for a Negroni, from a Navy Strength Gin that is best in its class to the entirely unique Bloody Shiraz Gin. And they are always based on our four pillars of great copper stills, pristine Yarra Valley water, traditional, exotic and native botanicals, and a massive amount of love and attention to detail at every stage of the production process. And in 2019 Four Pillars was awardedInternational Gin Producer of the Year at the IWSC in London! Here you will enjoy a tutored tasting of classic gins, signature gins and the famous Bloody Shiraz. The distillery has an awesome vibe and a great place to hang out and hear the success story of this little distillery and discover more about the distilling process. Your day in the Yarra Valley starts at 10am with transfers from Melbourne City hotels. You will be met by a friendly local guide who is delighted to share their love of food and wine with you. We have chosen the very best dining experiences and wine tasting events specifically designed 2 guests. The 2 course menu is perfectly paired with estate grown wine. Two wine and gin tasting events have been chosen to be in depth, relaxed and well paced so you have a connection with the region, the winery and the wine. Arriving back to your accommodation at approximately 5pm ITINERARY Your friendly local guide will pick you up from Melbourne City accommodation* at 10am and we promise you a fun and informative day of sightseeing, premium wine tasting and an exquisite and unique dining experience. We visit a winery before lunch, a wine tasting at the lunch venue where you will be seated for a 2 course menu with a glass of wine followed by Four Pillars Gin Tasting after lunch before heading back home or to your City location at approximately 5pm Wineries we Love!
