You will enter the Winemakers’ Laboratory, and get to work blending your own special drop using Grenache, Shiraz and Mourvèdre, the same wines used to make Penfolds Bin 138. At the end of the session you get the satisfaction of taking your wine home to enjoy the fruits of your labour.
